Refund & Return Policy

Because each portrait is custom-made and created based on your individual request, I cannot offer refunds once the drawing process has started. This is in accordance with §18 Abs 1 Z 3 FAGG (Austrian Distance Selling Law) for custom-made products.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required once we confirm your order. The remaining balance is paid only after your portrait is finished and approved by you.

The final payment (remaining 75%) must be received in full before your portrait is shipped. I will not dispatch any artwork until the full amount has been paid and approved.

Please ensure the reference photo(s) you send are clear, high-resolution, and accurately represent your pet. The final portrait is based directly on these images, and I cannot offer revisions or refunds due to poor photo quality.

Before your artwork is shipped, you will receive a preview image. At that point, you can request minor adjustments. Once you confirm approval, the artwork will be packaged and sent, and the sale will be considered final.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I will do my best to find a fair solution.

Once your portrait has been handed over to the shipping provider, I am no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or delays that occur during transit. However, I will always provide a tracking number and assist where possible in resolving shipping issues.
