Shipping policy

Processing Time
Each portrait is made-to-order by hand. Depending on the medium and size, artwork usually takes 2-4 weeks to complete. You will be kept updated throughout the process.

Shipping
Once completed and approved, your portrait is securely packaged and shipped with tracking.

• Delivery time within Austria: 2–4 business days
• Delivery to EU countries: 4–8 business days
• International shipping: 7-10 business days

All artworks are carefully packed and shipped with tracking.

Shipping rates:

• Austria: €10 flat rate

• European Union (outside Austria): €20 flat rate

• International (non-EU): €40 flat rate

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

In rare cases of particularly large or heavy artworks, shipping costs may vary and will be quoted separately. In such cases, the buyer will be informed prior to shipment.

 

Responsibility
Once your portrait has been handed over to the shipping provider, I am no longer responsible for delays, theft, or damage during shipping. That said, I will always assist you with tracking and contact the carrier if needed.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify me within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
